Orders are always unlimited and commission-free. The monthly allowance is only for AI-channel orders — those that come in through WhatsApp, Instagram & Messenger, and they still count if you take over the chat yourself. POS, dine-in, phone and aggregator orders never count. Start and Run are a flat EGP price per month (Run adds EGP 1,250/month per extra branch); Scale is priced per branch. Need more AI capacity? Are orders really unlimited?
Yes. You can take as many orders as you like on every plan, and Orderlya never charges commission on a sale. The only thing your plan meters is AI-channel orders — the ones that come in through WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger (they still count if you take over the chat yourself).
What counts against my monthly allowance?
Only orders that come in through WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger — and they still count if you take over the chat yourself. Orders your team rings up on the POS, takes at the table, over the phone, or that come from an aggregator are always free and never count.
What happens if I go over my AI allowance?
Nothing breaks — you can top up AI capacity any time with add-on order packs, and POS ordering keeps working with no limit. During the 14-day free trial you get 50 AI-channel orders to try the AI; if you use them up the AI simply pauses while your POS, dine-in and walk-in orders keep flowing.
Do you charge commission per order?
Never. Orderlya is a flat monthly EGP subscription — no per-order commission on any channel. You keep the customer relationship and the whole ticket.
